  • TO MAKE AN ORDER FOR THE WEDDING STATIONERY PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOU REQUIREMENTS, COLOURS, IDEAS, NUMBERS ETC.WE WILL SEND A QUOTE FOR THE WORK REQUIRED AND IF AGREED WE WILL SEND YOU CONFIRMATION AND A PROOF FOR YOU TO CHECK. THIS IDEALLY SHOULD BE DONE SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE THE INVITATIONS SHOULD BE SENT. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
  • FOR WEDDING STATIONERY WE WILL BE IN REGULAR CONTACT YOU REGARDING DATES, GUESTS LISTS ETC AND DELIVERY DATES DEPENDING ON YOUIR CHOSEN POSTAL DATE.
  • A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER THE PROOF HAS BEEN AUTHORISED BY YOU AS CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER. THE REAMINING AMOUNT WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN THE STATIONERY IS COMPLETE.
  • TO MAKE AN ORDER FOR A WOODEN ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US, WE DO HAVE A LIMITED STOCK OF SOME OF THE ITEMS SO QUICK DELIVERY IS POSSIBLE BUT PLEASE ALLOW TWO WEEKS FOR DELIVERY IF IT HAS TO BE MADE TO ORDER FOR THE SMALLER ITEMS. THIS WILL BE CONFIRMED IN THE EMAIL SENT.
  • PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CHEQUE, PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER.
  • IF GOODS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, PLEASE LET US KNOW PROMPTLY
  • THE FOLLOWING POINTS REGARDING CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALISED TO YOUR NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS.
  • YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT AT ANY TIME UP TO SEVEN WORKING DAYS AFTER THE DAY OF DELIVERY. TO DO THIS, PLEASE EMAIL US OR WRITE TO US.
  • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE A REASON FOR CANCELLATION. HOWEVER, A BRIEF EXPLANATION WILL HELP US TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE WE OFFER TO CUSTOMERS IN THE FUTURE.
  • IF YOU CANCEL, YOU MUST RETURN THE GOODS TO US AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. YOU MUST ENSURE THAT GOODS ARE PACKAGED ADAQUATELY TO PROTECT AGAINST DAMAGE.
  • ON CANCELLATION WE WILL REFUND ANY MONIES PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS INCLUDING ANY OUTWARD POSTAGE CHARGES.
  • CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS THAT ARE MADE TO YOUR OWN SPECIFICATIONS, UNLESS THE CUSTOM-MADE SECTIONS OF YOUR ORDER HAVE NOT BEEN STARTED AT TIME OF CONTACT.
